Samsul is a Senior Structural engineer with D. Fallon Consulting Group and has a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from Thiagarajar College in India and Masters in Civil Engineering for Risk Mitigation from Politecnico di Milano in Italy. He is a registered engineer in Milan order of engineers.

Samsul has expertise in Seismic design and retrofitting of structure, infrastructure and substructure in concrete, steel and masonry.

His comprehensive experience involves developing many key projects for contractors, designers and consultants in their engineering and management team. He has been involved in tender and construction of many design & build turnkey projects of multistorey hospitals and medical colleges for public and private sectors across India situated in moderate to high seismic zones. Odisha Medical colleges in Balasore, Baripada and Puri are among the projects benefitting from his innovative contributions.

Samsul has also taken part in seismic vulnerability analysis and retrofitting of residential buildings, bridges & historical structures, and design validation of many strategic structures in Italy.

West Bengal multi-specialty hospitals in India, Odisha medical colleges and hospitals in India, Storstorm Bridge (land works) in Denmark, retrofitting of residential buildings for Sismabonus in Milan & Brescia (Italy), & Crown Square residential development, Galway are some examples of his work.
